Welcome

The Aviation Safety Research Project at the University of Oregon conducts research on psychological problems and human factors issues related to aviation safety.  The Project has been in operation since 1998 with support from the National Aeronautics & Space Administration, National Science Foundation, and Federal Aviation Administration.  Project personnel have worked together with airlines, pilot organizations, and government agencies from around the world in conducting research, developing training products, and improving aviation operations.  For more information on our work click on the links above.
